Silver Swans update and new resources

What began as an academic project undertaken several years ago by our Faculty of Education, has now become a hugely popular pastime for thousands of people and is one of our most popular offerings.  

And we’ve not let the grass grow under our feet: we’ve been working on expanding and improving the Silver Swans programme so that even more people can enjoy its benefits, with new resources for teachers and dancers alike. 

We have just published a new Silver Swans Barre and Centre Resource book and - so that no one is left out of the opportunity to feel the benefits of artistic movement – we have also published a book of ‘Seated Swans’ chair-based exercises. There are also DVD and downloadable versions of the exercises, as well as accompanying music CDs.
