Silver Swans  - 'Life changing' and 'a lot better than the gym' is how students in Christchurch describe their experience of attending Silver Swans classes to Seven Sharp reporter, Rachel Parkin.

TVNZ programme, Seven Sharp, recently visited a Silver Swans class as Bosman Ballet Flow in Christchurch to learn more about the positive impact of learning ballet on the lives and wellbeing of the older person.
